Parents are responsible for payments to tutors and instrument hire companies. These payments are made direct, and not through the school. Parents need to inform the school in writing if they no longer wish their child to continue with an instrument.

Students are responsible for their behaviour during lessons and performances, and undertake to practise regularly.

The school is responsible for advertising lesson availability, forming lesson groups and timetables, and organising venues for lessons.
